Camilla and Michael first met as students in Manchester through a mutual love of music. They have both practiced yoga since 1994 after attending their very first Iyengar yoga class in Tokyo where they lived for 5 years.
On their travels throughout Asia in the mid 90’s they experienced and practiced a wide and diverse variety of styles of yoga. They have always found Iyengar Yoga to be inspiring for its depth of teaching, precision, alignment and strength. They continue to practice and develop with their teachers in France and London.
They feel privileged to be able to pass on the practice of Iyengar yoga to all their students and both believe Iyengar yoga and Chinese Medicine are essential ways to balance health.
In 2004 Michael and Camilla relocated from London to a small village outside Cambridge to experience a different rhythm to life.
